Your Responsibilities:
- Providing expert anesthesiological care to patients in the operating theatre and on the interdisciplinary intensive care unit
- Leading and participating in the ongoing development and optimization of the anesthesiology department
- Collaborating closely with other clinical departments to ensure seamless patient care
- Supervising and mentoring junior medical staff and trainees

- Participating in on-call duties and emergency response planning
Your Profile:
- Completed specialist training in anesthesiology with board certification
- Demonstrated leadership skills and a commitment to fostering a positive team culture
- Strong communication abilities and a patient-centered approach
- Willingness to actively engage in organizational and clinical process improvements
- Fluency in German and proficiency in medical documentation
